It has excellent wear resistance, being 3-8 times more wear-resistant than steel; it has strong impact resistance; the water absorption rate is only 0.01%, and its physical properties are not affected by moisture; it has good chemical corrosion resistance, being able to withstand most acidic, alkaline, salt and corrosive media as well as organic solvents; it has good self-lubrication properties, does not easily adhere to substances, and is convenient for cleaning.
(2)Structural design: Typically, a precision-machined slit or circular hole structure is adopted to optimize the dehydration efficiency. Under the action of the vacuum pump, it can efficiently extract the moisture from the paper sheets while maintaining the structural stability of the panel.
