UHMWPE Wear Strips

(1)Material properties: Commonly used is ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). Its wear resistance is outstanding among engineering plastics, with a static friction coefficient of only 0.07. It has good self-lubrication properties and excellent impact resistance, ranking first among plastics. It also has higher impact strength in low-temperature environments and features anti-aging, corrosion resistance, safety, hygiene and non-toxic properties.

(2)Shape specification: The cross-sectional shape is diverse, including flat strips, C-shaped strips, K-shaped strips, Z-shaped strips, etc. The length can be customized according to requirements. Common lengths include 1 meter and 3 meters. The width and thickness also have various specifications to meet the installation and usage requirements of different equipment.

Multi-Scenario Adaptability

It is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), which has a wear resistance more than 10 times that of ordinary steel. The static friction coefficient is as low as 0.07, eliminating the need for additional lubrication and reducing the friction loss of the equipment.

Impact-resistant, anti-aging, corrosion-resistant (against acids, alkalis and oils), stable operation within the -20℃ to 80℃ environment. Its service life is 3 to 5 times longer than that of traditional rubber or ordinary plastic strips, reducing the frequency of equipment maintenance.

Multi-section designs such as flat strips, C-shaped, K-shaped, and Z-shaped can be directly attached, snapped in, or misalignedly fitted to meet various industrial requirements including transmission guidance, limit sealing, and anti-skid protection.
