Gold Mining Carpet
Working principle: When the mineral ore containing gold particles and the water flow through the gold-dredging mat, due to the much higher density of the gold particles compared to water and sand, they have a stronger tendency to sink. As the water flows, the lighter sand, soil and other impurities along with the water move away, while the gold particles, due to their inertia and density advantage, get trapped in the gaps and microscopic grooves between the fine hairs or fibers, and thus are adsorbed onto the gold-dredging mat.
